The police are investigating the suspicion of Siskaee, a woman who showed off her breasts and vital organs in one area of the New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY).
“We are still investigating the allegations on behalf of Siskaeee,” said Head of Public Relations of the Kulon Progo Police, Iptu I Nengah Jeffry, Friday (12/3).
The pornographic video with a duration of 1 minute 22 seconds was circulating on Twitter social media.
In the video, a woman can be seen wearing a gray shirt with black stripes and a long black skirt playing with her breasts and genitals. However, the woman’s face was covered by a mask and glasses.
Jeffry said the case was handled by the Kulon Progo Police in collaboration with the DIY Regional Police Cyber Team.
“Judging from the video, it is suspected that it was uploaded on November 23, 2021,” he said.
Previously, the Kulonprogo Police Chief, AKBP Muharomah Fajarini, said the woman’s actions could be subject to the Pornography Law, which carries a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison and/or a maximum fine of IDR 6 billion.
In addition, the perpetrators can also be charged with Article 45 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law with a maximum penalty of 6 years in prison and or a maximum fine of Rp. 1 billion.
