The 212 reunion is planned to be held again this year. General Chairperson of the Alumni Brotherhood or PA 212, Slamet Maarif, said his party was preparing an event which is usually held at Monas, Central Jakarta, both from technical and police permits.

However, when asked whether he was optimistic about getting permission from the police to hold an event during the Covid-19 pandemic, Slamet Maarif did not give a firm answer. “There is no harm in trying,” he told Tempo on Saturday, November 6, 2021.
