Jokowi Invites Ambassadors of Friendly Countries to Review Rumpin Nursery in Bogor

Jokowi Ajak Dubes Negara Sahabat Tinjau Persemaian Rumpin di Bogor

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is scheduled to visit the Rumpin Modern Nursery located in Rumpin District, Bogor Regency, West Java, Friday (11/19/2021).

Based on an official statement from the Presidential Secretariat, Jokowi departed from the Bogor Presidential Palace using a series of vehicles at around 08.00 WIB.

In the review, a number of ambassadors (ambassadors) of friendly countries will also participate. The ambassadors also joined since the Bogor Palace.

Before leaving, the President took time to chat with the ambassadors on the terrace of the Palace.

The ambassadors in attendance included British Ambassador to Indonesia Owen Jenkins, United States Ambassador to Indonesia Sung Yong Kim, Canadian Ambassador to Indonesia Cameron MacKay, European Union Ambassador to Indonesia Vincent Piket, and World Bank Country Director Satu Kahkonen.

There, President Jokowi and the ambassadors will inspect a number of facilities, such as the germination house area, production house area, to water and sediment pools.

After performing Friday prayers at the At-Taqwa Mosque, the Ministry of Environment and Forestry Training Center Complex, the President is scheduled to return to the Bogor Palace.

On the way to Rumpin, the President was accompanied by, among others, State Secretary Pratikno, Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, Presidential Military Secretary Marsda TNI M. Tonny Harjono, and Paspampres Commander Major General TNI Tri Budi Utomo.
